The chibi AI application, its original code, design, and functionality are owned by us. The AI-generated images created through our app are subject to the limitations and rights described in these terms.
You retain all rights to the original images you upload to our service.
The AI-generated images created through our service may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the generated images for commercial purposes without obtaining appropriate licenses for any recognizable styles or elements that may be protected by copyright.
You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
Our app offers subscription options that provide enhanced features. All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
